It is human nature to ask “Who am I?” Rene Descartes popularized the philosophical adage “cogito ergo sum,” or “I think, therefore I am.” But seeking an understanding of the self through a 7-Centered approach dominated by the mind omits the insight we realize when we live through our Design.

The True “I am” is a 1-hour lecture in which Ra explores the perception of self and the relationship between the Design Crystal and Magnetic Monopole. His lecture reveals how Personality and Design create the holistic experience of a self, making it possible to understand who we are through self-reflection.
