It's almost as if Neptune is the ultimate partner of the program pulling a sheath over the close of the process, smothering away from sight what's really going on, the degeneration, the breakdown and the dissolution of the human potential. And again, when I say things like this please recognize that we’re talking about time frames in which the dissolution of humanity is not something, at least from what I was told, that we’re going to see anyway. That is, according to the Voice and according to the movie that I have it’s about 1300 years from now. There's no way that humanity is going to disappear in that time. It will not. There are certainly going to be vast changes in the numbers of human beings that are going to be on the planet, but they're still going to be a thriving human population that will probably still dominate any Rave population that emerges.
The only parallel is to see the beginnings of modern man, so-called Cro-Magnon, when it emerged while Neanderthals were present. The Neanderthals didn’t suddenly look up and see Cro-Magnon and say, “Oh, shit, our time is up, we’re gone now.” It didn’t happen that way. It took literally a couple hundred thousand years. They spent a lot of time both being here on the same plane at the same time.
Again, one of those things to grasp about that is that even though something will come of us, it is not us. And that is something that you have to recognize so profoundly. My best way of trying to grasp Rave is trying to grasp my dog. And I don't mean that in any sense to denigrate the potential of Rave. I don't know what's going on in there. I have no way of experiencing the world the way in which either of my dogs do. It’s not possible. I can speculate, I can come up with some kind of working formulas. We can develop all kinds of experiments, all of this stuff. We can claim to understand that they see this way or that way with this kind of—it doesn't mean anything. We do not know what it means to experience existence from that perspective.
It’s obvious to me that my dogs and I, that we are two things that are juxtaposed. The juxtaposition is the way in which we commune with each other at whatever level that is. But that juxtaposition takes place in a kind of middle world, a world that is not human and a world that is not mammal, but a world that carries with it certain bridges to connect. You can see those bridges in the relationship between mammals and humans.
It’s the same thing with Rave. It's not like Raves are going to see our world the way we see our world. They’re not going to see their bodies—as a matter of fact, they’re going to have very poor vision anyway. It is not those senses that are so common and fundamental to us that will be the tuning forks of their awareness. The way in which they will experience the environment is going to be totally different. Their sensitivity to the electromagnetic, the tactile; the auric creates a density of environment that we do not experience and will never experience, even humans who carry such tonal activations, because they are always going to be limited by not having a mutated Solar Plexus. These are different beings.
