Time. Time's one of those strange things that we deal with. We tend to have a need to sort of get everything to conform, you know, the homogenized world. But timings, timings are so different. If you take a look at a BodyGraph, if you look at its three corners, you're looking at its three potential awareness processes. You have the Splenic system, and the Splenic system—that's your immune system that operates in the now. That's its frequency. It's an awareness that is only there in the moment, and then it's gone. It's gone.
So our primary awareness, the thing that is there to keep us alive, we only get access to moment by moment. And then you have the Ajna center, the mental conceptualizing, its awareness frequency is totally different. It processes things over all time. You know that thing that you did years ago, that thing that created whatever it did? 50 years later, your mind can still go: "I could have, I should have, I might have, I would've, if and but," because the mind operates over all time. It's why to follow your mind is really to put yourself in a terrible bind because every mental decision you make is going to haunt you for the rest of your days. An awareness frequency, over all time,
And then you get the Emotional system. And the Emotional system is, well, the newest of the awarenesses. It's different, it's still evolving, and it's dominated by its wave process. It means that the Emotional system has an awareness frequency that changes, that sometimes it's relatively quick and sometimes it takes a long time to get to emotional clarity.
It's very important to see that the way we process things operates in different time frequencies. To understand your nature, to recognize it, to accept it, to watch it, is to allow yourself to find your time—your frequency.
