We normally say that the most important conditioning influences are the people in our lives. That’s true. But if you have somebody close to you, if somebody is together in the same space with you, you are aware of it. It is a conditioning, but it is a conditioning you can directly observe. If you are familiar with Human Design, you understand that there is mutual conditioning occurring between the two of you.

But you cannot see the transit field. You can learn to be aware of it, but that takes a long time. Most importantly, you cannot avoid it. You can go to the deepest cave in the Himalayas and it will still reach you.

The Best and Cheapest Teacher

So, you should be aware of what is conditioning you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By becoming aware, we get the goodies. The first goodie is, and Ra said this very early in teaching Human Design, the transit is the best and cheapest teacher you can have.

I do work with Human Design. I would almost say I have a certain reputation for knowing a tremendous amount about the Gates, about each possible activation in the Gates. Where does that knowledge come from? Yes, of course, from teaching in theory, from observation of myself and others, but the greatest source of my knowledge has been the real life observation of the impact of the transit field in the general public, in the collective, and of course also with myself and human beings around me.

Being Prepared

The transit field teaches you the many facets of conditioning; for example, an abstract activation can take on how conditioning can look in different contexts and frames. Secondly, awareness of the transit field also makes it possible to be prepared for certain things. If you have the Channel of Transitoriness (35/36), like we have now (see transit chart below at time of recording), you know there will be crisis. There will be crisis in the world, there will be crisis in your life, things will go wrong, changes will occur. You will not be in control of it. Everybody on the planet is emotionally defined and emotionally manifesting today.

And if you know that, you are prepared. Awareness makes a difference. Seeing the influence of the transit field makes it much easier to be aware. So, the transit forecast is a valuable tool for practical purposes. And we are in the last seven year cycle of the old world that is falling apart. That means looking back will not help you in the future.

Nothing will help you in the future we face, except Strategy and Authority and looking at the one thing that is sure: It is obvious that you and I don’t know what tomorrow will be, but we can see the planetary forces working and we can be prepared, even if we don’t know how it will look once it materializes on the surface. So, it is my deepest conviction that you need to know what the transit field indicates is coming, because the transit field is a very valuable tool for your process, and for your general survival and well-being.
