We tend to see 'conditioning' as something that is caused by influences from the world around us, and how this impacts our psychology and ultimately our decision-making process.

However, one of the most profound conditioning factors of all is food, the great homogenizing agent on this planet. There are various opinions and assertions about what is good and bad food which tend to be generic. However, according to our Design we each have particular and unique dietary needs.

In this video Ra explains the basics of the Primary Health System (PHS) and how Color determination represents the way each of us is naturally determined to have precisely the right digestive process. Learn how the form (body) can benefit from its PHS and differentiated, rather than homogenized brain function, including the potential for heightened acuity, awareness, and sensory perception.
