Diet and nutrition are said to be the most important aspects of our wellbeing. But how do we know what food we need to eat to be really healthy? The health industry has offered advice and standards for a healthy body and taking in the right kind of nourishment, but they continue to change and there is rarely a solution that works for everyone.

Human Design’s Primary Health System offers a different approach to diet and health that anyone can experiment with. By understanding that everyone has a different digestion system, we can discover that the body has its own “Determination” to ensure optimal health.

When we first learned about the conditioning we’d been subject to since birth and that it had kept us from living life fully as our unique self, there was an immediate recognition that this approach to understanding ourselves made sense. It explained why we felt such resistance to the rules and guidelines we’d been given all our lives.

Knowing you’d been conditioned all your life may have left you feeling a sense of loss at having been alienated from yourself for so long. Or you may have felt a sense of possibility that you had identified the issue and could now do something about it through experimenting with your Strategy and Inner Authority, the very first steps in your Human Design journey. This course serves as a guide to fully clearing your system of conditioning, and the signposts you’ll encounter along the way. Ra notes that the process begins with “surrender to the experiment” as the first step to developing awareness. The moment we start making decisions aligned with what is correct for us we may feel a heavy burden has been lifted and we begin to trust the process, and ultimately ourselves.

The first of six 30-minute films in this series begins with an investigation of the first 30 years in the three-part life process of a nine-centered being.  It starts with how we are raised and fed by our parents. 

Every human being is designed with one of six basic, unique digestive systems.  In order to be physically healthy and for the brain system to develop correctly, it is essential that a child eats according to their particular dietary regimen.

We all have unique paths to personal growth and transformation. This process is shaped by our eating habits, or dietary regimen, and the environment in which we live, work, and play. These factors are important because our differentiation begins with the form, which requires a healthily functioning brain system and a supportive ecosystem.

The first step to transformation is learning how to properly absorb nutrients from our food. Combining this with the right environmental conditions sets the foundation for physical wellbeing and mental acuity, and encourages the right social connections. Our Design Sun/Earth and Nodal positions play a significant role in this process of transformation, but what further refines it is Color.

Color determines either the Conditions involved with or Circumstances surrounding how we take in food in order to nourish our brain to function optimally. Some of us may need a quiet place, while others prefer busier surroundings. There are six different dietary regimens which work together with the optimal environmental setting—both are essential for nurturing our form and realizing our full potential.

How do you determine which environment is right for you? Every living creature has dietary needs to ensure physical nourishment, and a natural habitat that supports well-being and survival. Humans can adapt to almost any place they move to, but does this mean they will be healthy anywhere and will thrive?

In addition to offering the potential for physical nourishment and transformation of the brain through Primary Health System, Human Design offers an approach to well being for the body through specific environments determined by Design Nodes. By knowing your Design Nodal Color, you can discover which types of places you are most suited for, and begin to experiment with the radical transformation of your body through your surroundings.

Environment and Differentiation introduces the different types of environments we find ourselves in, and why one is best suited for each of us. Join Ra in this one hour lecture on the second Transformation—how your body is designed to interact with the environment.

Why is differentiated awareness not more widespread? With so much potential for unique perspectives, it seems like there would be many more who can offer an insightful point of view.

Human Design shows us that we can. By trusting Strategy and Authority and aligning to our correct environments, we can obtain the correct perspective as we make healthy decisions.

Perspective and Enlightenment is a one-hour audio lecture (including a classroom screen recording) in which Ra discusses how environment establishes a foundation for developing the correct perspective based on the link between our Design and Personality nodes.

In 2010, Ra and 15 students gathered in Ibiza for the 5-day Wa Immersion program, an exploration of both fundamental and advanced aspects of the BodyGraph. The course focused on a specific theme in the morning, and held a workshop analyzing the topic in students’ BodyGraphs in the afternoon.

On Day 3, the morning’s lecture explored Cognitive Architecture and Transference. Ra examined the specific ways we are motivated to conceptualize, and how we can learn to recognize when transference distracts us in order to live a balanced life.

True intelligence and awareness is possible, and our sensory capacity and cognitive potential can unfold if one lives correctly. But how do we know if we are living out our Personality’s potential for Awareness, or are caught in the trap of living our theme of “Transference”?

Unless we are aware of our true Motivation we can become lost in mental decision making based on Transference themes of:

• Fear
• Hope
• Desire
• Need
• Guilt
• Innocence

The Six Motivations of the Not-Self is an examination of the impact that Color Transference has on humanity, and how it distorts our potential for Awareness. This 1 hour lecture is a highly recommended resource for anyone interested in a different view of psychology and human motivation, and particularly for students who are studying Personality substructure.

What lies beneath the surface of Personality and Design?

Color is a captivating and highly insightful area of study in Human Design, as it marks the first layer below the line level, with more in-depth information held within the substructure of body and mind.

Color operates differently on Personality and Design sides:

• Design Color is the basis of the Primary Health System and determines how our bodies are built for specific nutrition and environments
• Personality Color is the basis of Rave Psychology and reveals how our Minds are each tuned for a particular kind of motivation

This 35-minute introductory lecture focuses on the Personality and is an essential first step in understanding the differences between Color Motivation and Color Transference in filtering consciousness.

In this eBook transcript, Ra looks at the substructure beneath the Line with emphasis on Tone and Color, and how these impact the way we are programmed by the conditioning field.

When we look at the infrastructure of the programming itself, we see that the consciousness field does not support uniqueness. Through correct Motivation, one’s Awareness aligns to the totality of the Maia, enabling us to see things with a clear perspective.

Ra introduces us to the depths of the underlying sub-structure below the surface of the bodygraph. The surface operates as a deconditioning tool for a realignment and cleansing process, taking you to the doorway for understanding your potential.

Sub-structure represents an incredible journey down into the very core of your imprinting. Underneath every single Line is a Color and beneath the Color is a Tone and beneath the Tone is a Base, thus each Line having thousands of variations. We’re programmed from the bottom “Base” up to the surface.

Here, Ra beautifully illustrates the mechanics of how the crystals of consciousness filter the neutrino ocean, organizing the data relative to your consciousness.

Ra takes us to the magic of tonal architecture, the second sub-structure level. The inside of the Design and Personality crystals of consciousness, called Tone, interacts with the neutrino ocean and carries with it the magic that actually differentiates you from all the other incarnated forces that have ever existed.

That uniqueness is called cognition. Every single human being has a deeply, deeply unique way in which they embrace cognitively the experience of being here in the world. Ra delves into the differences between the Left and Right frequencies of Tone, giving you an overview of the tonal binaries.

Color is the exit frequency from the crystals of consciousness where the surface and the sub-structure meet. Color takes the information of Base and of the architecture of Tone and transfers that information so it can be captured by the Magnetic Monopole, and then the illusion that is us is suddenly held together.

Color carries all the basic ingredients that are going to constitute whether or not in this life you're going to be intelligent enough and aware enough to be able to survive, quite literally.
