Beginner 2: Type, Strategy, and Inner Authority

The type that is essential to the well-being of our species as a whole is the Generator, who represent around 70% of the human population (Half of which are pure Generators, the other half are Manifesting Generators).

A Generator always has a defined Sacral Center, which itself is the center of life as the core of our reproductive capacity. It is literally the energy for life and work, and it is the Generator who builds the world.

How is this powerful Sacral designed to operate correctly? Join Ra as he dives into the simple, practical solutions that every Generator can implement, to move from the frustration of not using their energy correctly to discovering the satisfaction that they can find.

Living our Design involves setting the mind and its Not-Self urgings aside, and relying instead on Strategy and Authority. It’s a process of learning to “surrender to the experiment”, as Ra puts it. That surrendering is particularly necessary for Generators in order to avoid the frustration they experience when the mind interferes with their responses. As Ra says of Generators, “the you, who you think is you, has no idea what’s good for you, what’s right for you, what will work for you. You’re only going to know when you respond.”

Generators represent around 70% of the world population; that concentration of Generators means Generators’ ability to live and make decisions through the Sacral energy of their design has significant impact not just in their own lives, but on the world at large. When Generators are frustrated, the world becomes more frustrated; when Generators are satisfied, that satisfaction is transmitted to others.

With this course, you can explore the nine specific themes through which the Sacral Center guides Generators, and how we can use these themes based on our individual chart. The Way of the Generator was a two-day program Ra taught to a live audience of Generators in 2002. The first day was devoted to “respond-ability”, the second to “secret binaries”. The lectures take a deep dive into the challenges and opportunities of being a Generator, and what it means to us all when Generators do — or do not — learn to rely on their Sacral response for guidance.

Projectors are a non-energy Type and represent just over 20% of the population. As a relatively new form, they are only now beginning to come into their natural power and position. Join Ra as he discusses how Projectors operate in a very unique way.

What is the purpose of the Projectors penetrating and focused aura? How do they become allies and guides for others since they are not designed to initiate or generate?

But to be successful in seeing others and themselves clearly, Projectors must be empowered. Without empowerment, Projectors are particularly susceptible to the influence of the not-self, which can render them ineffective and trap them in the state of bitterness that flavors their experiences.

How, then, can Projectors achieve empowerment? How can those who have Projectors in their life understand and support them in finding the success vital to them and to our future?

Quite simply, Projectors are given the advantage they need to succeed when they understand the deeper mechanics of Human Design. Understanding their empowerment begins by recognizing that the key to success for Projectors is education.

For a Projector, studying a system that calls to them so that they learn to master it can mean the difference between bitterness and fulfillment. Projectors are drawn to understand, and their empowerment hinges on understanding themselves through Design rather than through conditioning. Understanding their Design leads Projectors in recognizing that their role is not to change or fix anything, but to see others clearly and live with awareness.

Only about 9% of the population are Manifestors. As we move towards 2027, statistically there will be a real burst in the number of their births. This theme of the Manifestor and particularly how to raise Manifestor children is going to be of significance in the future.

In this class, Ra offers Manifestors the insight needed to transform their process: to free them from the constraints of anger, and to understand the conditioning they experience living in a Generator world. He explains how the Manifestor can be free from alienation, isolation, and the misunderstandings about their own nature and their connection to others.

Do you remember the song, “It’s Not Easy Being Green”? The same could be said of the challenges of being a Manifestor. Manifestors currently account for 9% of the population — a small percentage, but with quite an impact. When you look at individuals who have been primary influences down through history and who have been the initiators of change and action, you are likely to find such an individual was a Manifestor. As an example, Ra Uru Hu was, himself, a Manifestor type. To understand this Type is to understand the forces that shape our world and our future.

Manifestors are generally powerful, influential and goal-focused — but like other types, Manifestors must follow a decision-making strategy to achieve their goals. Manifestors can be quite intense, and have high expectations of themselves and others. They are change agents — they make things happen if they can avoid interference from others while managing to sustain the relationships they need to have peace and a sense of well-being.

Reflectors represent around 1.3 or 1.4% of the human population, and as such are very different from the other Types.

A Reflector’s design is unique in that there is no definition in the Bodygraph, and therefore no consistent life force. Unlike other types, openness in a Reflector is not a counterpoint to what is defined. Learn how this openness allows the aware Reflector to sample and compare Auras and from that, provide an unusual and unique perspective.

Reflectors are the rarest Type on the planet. WIthout any definition in their Design, they are dependent on the transits to reflect on the world around them. Type is one of the most influential aspects of the connection between two people. The inherent aura mechanics of each person in a partnership determine how each can relate to the other — or how the relationship may be distorted.

Sacral Authority belongs to non-emotional Generators, including Manifesting Generators, who have an undefined Solar Plexus Center.  Correct Sacral Authority responds existentially, in each moment, to what life brings. 

In this show Ra takes us through the deeply spiritual nature of the Generator who trusts their responses to life, embraces their nature, and finds satisfaction.

If you have a defined Solar Plexus Center, this is automatically your decision making authority. It is the most common of all inner authorities, belonging to about 51% of humanity.

The Solar Plexus center operates in a wave and therefore those with this authority have “no truth in the now.” Clarity is something that emerges over time.

In order to have Splenic authority, you cannot have a defined Solar Plexus or Sacral Center but must have a defined Splenic Center. 

Splenic authority operates only in the Now. It is not a motor and can be difficult to notice or heed or trust, as it has its own knowing that may not make sense to the mind.  In this show Ra takes us on a journey into the mysterious splenic authority, the center of intuition.

Definition is what leads us to see both Type and where the decision making Authority lies. In this lecture, Ra takes us through the two very different variations of those who have no direct inner authority: Reflectors and Mental Projectors.

For these two types, the conditioning of the homogenized world is the greatest distorting factor. Learn how it takes time for them to build up the energy to navigate through their lives. It is a process that takes technique, patience and awareness.

Ra looks at a group of rare authorities that represent about 4% of people. They can be quickly recognized as designs with at least one defined channel and an open Solar Plexus Center, an open Sacral Center and an open Splenic Center.

Also known as minor authorities—the Ego Manifested, the Ego Projected and the Self Projected—they are designed to express their decisions verbally. They must learn to trust, respect and abide by what they say as this is the key for transforming their life.
